Comments: HuNS1细胞This line was derived from the GM4672 cell line (Human Genetic Mutant Cell Repository, Coriell Institute for Medical Research) following treatment with ethylmethanesulfonate (EMS).

The cells are HAT sensitive, do not secrete immunoglobulin and are negative for Epstein-Barr virus.

The line is suitable for use as a fusion partner for human B cells.
