Comments: GR-96细胞Animals were immunized with mouse gamma interferon receptor protein purified from solubilized WEHI-3 cells (see ATCC TIB-68).
Spleen cells were fused with Sp2/0-Ag14 myeloma cells.
The antibody reacts with an extracellular epitope on the mouse receptor for gamma interferon.
It does not have blocking activity for interferon - receptor binding.
